EMPIRE STATE BASTARD, recently gracing the cover of Kerrang!, have just let loose another potent single from their eagerly awaited debut album, Rivers Of Heresy. This new track follows the successful release of the initial single, 'harvest', in March.
'Stutter', the second offering from the Biffy Clyro duo, continues to deliver the deeply heavy music the band is becoming recognized for. According to guitarist Mike Vennart, this is “the most fucking poisonous vile music” that he could conceive of, further describing it as “just unabridged hatred in musical form”.
EMPIRE STATE BASTARD’s first full-length album, Rivers Of Heresy, is set to be released on the 1st of September. However, before that much-anticipated date arrives, the band has an impressive lineup of live performances in store. Fans can catch them at this month's Download and Glastonbury festivals, followed by appearances at 2000trees and ArcTanGent later in the summer.
