US progressive death metal band HORRENDOUS has unleashed a ferocious new track, 'Cult of Shaad’oah'. As part of their highly anticipated album 'Ontological Mysterium', this song is an explosive combination of blistering riffs, crushing drums, and an atmospheric soundscape reminiscent of a perilous journey through a dark fantasy world.
In 'Cult of Shaad’oah', HORRENDOUS doesn't hold back. The track starts with a fierce declaration - “Beat me back, but I’ll keep on climbing!” - setting the tone for what's to come. Cymbals crash, and the guitars build up to a crescendo as the song takes the listener on a symbolic quest. The band describes this track as a journey “through the wastes of doubt and slumbering awareness” where the nameless hero dares to ascend from the underworld to the heights of gods. HORRENDOUS is leading its fans into the abyss with this powerful new single and it’s a journey well worth taking.
HORRENDOUS will let their chariots ride this July, when they saddle up and smash the Southwest United States.
