We are thrilled to announce that Brazil’s legendary Crossover Thrash force RATOS DE PORãO has joined the roster for the international release of the new full-length “Necropolítica”. The album is confirmed for release on May 20th, 2022 in CD format, with vinyl to follow in July.
Today the band premieres a new single from the album, titled the same as the album, "Necropolítica". You can listen to the track right below:
If Brazil were to ever have a musical classic, it would be Ratos De Porão’s “Século Sinistro”. The album is considered the most important work of Brazilian crossover thrash and, with its roots in Hardcore, Punk, and Thrash Metal, it has proven an inspiration to countless bands worldwide. After eight years of silence, Ratos De Porão is back with ten new songs of relentless, raw, and politically charged music that lays waste to the weak-minded!
For the new album, they took their time to record, improving the quality of their sound and the songs themselves. Ratos De Porão managed to keep the power and anger of their previous records but added a more mature approach to their music with more details on each track.
