In an exciting development for power metal enthusiasts, ANGUS MCSIX has unveiled a thrilling animated music video for their track 'Ride to Hell'. This high-octane track forms part of their debut album, ANGUS McSIX and the Sword of Power, which has been hailed with high praise and even clinched a spot in the Top 10 of the Official German Album Charts. The digital deluxe version of the album is also now available, featuring orchestral versions of all tracks.
The music video for 'Ride to Hell' is a rousing spectacle, filled with techno beats and synth-waves, showcasing ANGUS McSIX in a daring adventure atop a Pegasus. This follows the band's previous successful music videos, one of which, 'Master of the Universe', has garnered over 1.2 million views on YouTube.
The narrative of the album chronicles the journey of Prince Angus, who after a heroic death in battle, finds himself in the Realm of Martyrs. Upon learning that his homeland is under threat, the prince embarks on a journey to return to the world of the living. He must venture through a portal in the depths of hell, sealed by the mighty sword, Sixcalibur. Drawing the blade, Angus transforms into the golden hero, ANGUS McSIX. Yet in doing so, he inadvertently unleashes a darker power - the source of all evil, Archdemon Seebulon.
ANGUS McSIX and the Sword of Power encompasses an epic adventure with powerful harmonies and striking rhythms. As Angus wields 'Sixcalibur', the Sword of Power, to open the sealed gate of hell, captivating guitar solos highlight the sword's capability to level up each time an enemy falls to its blade. The return of ANGUS McSIX from the abyss in 'Master of the Universe' is marked by euphoric and energetic melodies, matched with powerful vocals.
The story continues as Angus, the last hope for his world, rides to the northern islands of Stenness to discover his destiny. ANGUS McSIX and the Sword of Power heralds the return of Thomas Winkler to the realm of power metal hymns and chant-along party tracks. Known as the face of Gloryhammer for over a decade, ANGUS McSIX has quickly established himself as a top entertainer in the metal scene.
